Manage emails, calendars, and scheduling for the team
Assist with client communication and follow-ups
Support project coordination and task management
Perform data entry and maintain organized records
Assist with social media posting and basic content updates
Research and compile information as needed
Handle administrative tasks to improve efficiency
Provide basic website updates using WordPress (preferred)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar)
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a remote setting
Experience with WordPress, social media management, or CRM tools (a plus)
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
